📦 SINBNE Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During peak periods (such as holidays or new product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your shipment at any time using the provided tracking link.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees once the shipment reaches your country.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

SINBNE has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.


5. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Refusal to pay customs duties

👉 The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the item/package.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
