Q: What's my order status?

A: You can log in to your account and check your order status and tracking information on the “My Dashboard” page under recent orders.

If you checked out as a guest, please email us at info@sinbne.com, and we’ll be happy to provide you with an update.


Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Shipping times may vary depending on your location. On average, delivery takes 5–15 business days.

Your tracking number will be updated 2–3 days after your order has been shipped, so you can monitor your package along the way.


Q: How do I cancel an order?

A: Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed.

Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. We aim to process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.


Q: What is your return policy?

A: If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Our team will review your case, and if approved, we will arrange a replacement or solution. Please do not return any items without contacting us first, as we will provide specific return instructions.

Please note:

  • We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized returns

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Q: When will I receive my refund?

A: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 2–4 business days for processing.

Refunds will be issued for the product price (excluding shipping fees and any applicable charges). Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Please note that we are unable to refund any customs duties, taxes, or additional international fees.
